Setting up staff
In the Profile section under Staff you can add staff. This will send a request through for the team to create a username and password to use your 2Shakes account. You willl be able to see all agreements created by the staff account on the Agreements Dashboard page.
The client, directors or other signing parties, and the agreement can be automatically uploaded to Xero Practice Manager or Workflow Max at a click of a button. Go to the Agreements Dashboard page.
Uploading to my CRM
If you don’t use Xero Practice Manager or Workflow Max you can download a CSV file into excel. Many software providers can allow you to upload information from a CSV file into their application.
Closing your account
If you want to close your 2Shakes account please email us at info@2Shakes.co.nz or use our online form.
Forgotten Username or Passwords
If you have forgotten your user name or password then contact support.
Prepare for AML
Anti Money Laudering, Counter Funding of Terrorism Legislation is being extended to include Accountants & Bookkeepers, Lawyers, Real Estate Agents and Traders of high value goods. These professions will need to meet AML requirements to Know Your Customer (KYC) when preforming transactions for their clients. 2Shakes helps you identify your clients at sign up, to allow you to meet these AML requirements.
For users who are not early adopters charges may apply. 2Shakes is free for early adopters until December 2016. After this charges may apply.
