This retrospective, goes through month by month the 2Shakes journey of the last 2 years as we have iterated, experimented. Thank you to everyone who has help us on our journey.
2Shakes formed in 2016 wanting to find another way for Government to solve its problems. Using Lean Start up and customer centered design. Our first year was all about the hard yards to release our MVP product to market.
Moving into 2017, 2Shakes is now launched and on the market. For 2Shakes in its second year, the challenge is to get traction survive.
So what next? In the start up world “….If you can just avoid dying, you’ll be successful. That sounds like a joke, but it’s actually a pretty good description of what happens in a typical startup.”
2Shakes started out with an aim of automating authorities across a range of government and private organisations. We have done this for every type of organisation we aimed for – except for Banks! All this changes next year, when we will get a chance to work with Westpac to look at how we could do this!
At our core 2Shakes passion has been to join up Government services, using cool tech, that gives New Zealanders control.
2019 – bring it on! It is going to be an interesting year for 2Shakes – watch this space!
This 2Shakes update focuses to Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CFT). We are also releasing some software features to help with different versions of agreements created in 2Shakes.
2Shakes has had such a busy month. We have loads of news to share with you in this month’s update.
What a month for 2Shakes! We find out how multiples went, launch our new pricing plans and head to Auckland for the 2017 NZBAI Conference. Oh and were hiring too!
2Shakes has just launched our new pricing plans at the NZ Bookkeepers conference – including a FREE 10 plan. You can now use 2Shakes to sign up clients completely for free. The FREE 10 account is perfect if you are just starting out, do work for a smaller group of clients, or if you just want to trial 2Shakes to see if it works.
2Shakes has developed its most advanced functionality yet….. more advanced than integration to Xero, more fiddly than Blockchain, and even more complex than multiple electronic signatories… all to let you do more, and it is going to change the way 2Shakes works for the better….
2Shakes is a Govtech solution that helps professionals sign up clients and get authority to work for them. We have come a long way since starting on the MBIE R9 Acclerator programme in February 2016. Every month has been chokka full of both new challenges and new opportunities. This month was no different. This month we have moved to our own office, all while adding more great features to our solution.
