Monthly Update

April Update

We hope you and your families are safe and well. Like you, we are doing our best to balance work and home, stay mentally and physically healthy, and be there for family and friends.

We’re keeping this month’s update short so we don’t add too much to the many Covid-19 emails you’ll be receiving.

Double Included Usage in April

We want to do our bit to help with remote working during the Covid-19 alert level 4. We have doubled this month’s included usage on our Pay Monthly plan. We hope this helps our customers on subscription to continue Onboarding and AML Due Diligence.

If you are on Pay Monthly you don’t need to do anything – we have added your additional usage already.

For customers on the Free and Pay As You Go plans moving to Pay Monthly, that’s all good – we’ll double the included usage for you too, no problem. We want to do what we can to help.

Personalised Emails

All businesses want to present as professional an image as possible, and we help with that by providing an online Onboarding and AML Due Diligence platform that our customers and their clients can use easily, anywhere.

To help 2Shakes customers present an even more professional image, earlier this month we made a significant improvement to personalise the emails from 2Shakes.  Emails to your clients to remotely sign an agreement or verify their identity now come from your name – the people they are working with. Your clients can also directly reply to your business too.

This was a feature we had lots of requests for, and we were very happy to deliver.

Interface Updates

We are always listening to suggestions as well as coming up with our own ways to make 2Shakes even better.

Sometimes the improvements are subtle, sometimes they are major. Either way, we are continuously improving 2Shakes for our customers and their clients.

Today, we are deploying a light refresh of the user interface, with some obvious changes – such as our new field and label designs – and some changes that are less obvious, such as a better experience when adding new users.

As well as adding features, we’ll keep improving the customer and your end-client’s experience to make 2Shakes as easy and intuitive as possible.

Xero Practice Manager

Thanks to everyone who has made suggestions on how to improve and upgrade our integration to Xero Practice Manager / WorkFlowMax.
