Since launching in 2016 we have developed our Onboarding Automation software to include AML CDD and Identity verification. Based in Wellington, New Zealand, we want to make 2Shakes the world's favourite onboarding platform.
How 2Shakes was formed
The 2Shakes team was formed during MBIE’s RevUp! weekend in February 2016. A team of four applied and 2Shakes was selected. Over the twelve weeks of the MBIE R9Accelerator we identified improvements we could make in the onboarding space, helping government and businesses. A successful Demo Day the Embassy in Wellington led to 2Shakes being funded to develop our software, and we have gone from strength to strength from there.
