Use the top navigation bar in 2Shakes to manage your password, two-factor authentication and your payment plan

My Account

My Account lets you see the number of entities you have signed up in the last 12 months, and manage your pricing plan.

Change Password

To change your password, first enter your existing password.  Then you can enter and confirm a new password to change it.

Adding Staff

In the Profile section under Users you can create a new log on for members of staff.  You must enter the first & last name and the email address. When you click Add Staff an email with instructions, will be sent to the new user.

If you want the new user to be able to update the profile section then select the Is Admin tick box.  If this box is NOT selected the user will be able to create agreements, but will not be able to change your 2Shakes settings.

Mandatory Two Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two Factor Authentication (2FA) is mandatory for all 2Shakes users, and adds an extra layer of protection to all the data you hold in 2Shakes.  With 2FA anyone trying to break into your 2Shakes account would need both your password and your mobile device to gain access. You will be asked to setup 2FA when you first login.  You will need to download an Authenticator App such as Google Authenticator, which provides secure six-digit codes to use to log in to your account.

1. When you first login, after setting your password you’ll be taken to the 2FA setup screen.  Click Enable two factor authentication to get started.


2. You will be asked to enter your password so we know it’s you.

3. Then you will be shown back up codes.  If you lose your device or otherwise can’t get codes from Google Authenticator, you can use backup codes to sign in.  We recommend you store your codes wherever you keep your other valuable information. (Note: Backup codes are only valuable to someone if they manage to also steal your password.)

4. If you haven’t already, you will now need to install your chosen Authenticator App, such as Google Authenticator, on your mobile phone. 

Once you have the Authenticator App you will be able to use the phone’s camera to scan the QR code. There is also an option to enter the code manually if you prefer.

5. The Authenticator App will add 2Shakes as an account, and start to generate six-digit codes that continually update.  Enter the current code to confirm.

6. After entering the code you’ll get a confirmation screen that 2FA is now set up successfully.  

7. Well done! You can now click on Back to Dashboard, or use any of the navigation menus to use 2Shakes.

 From now on, each time you login to 2Shakes you will enter your email and password, followed by the current 6-digit code on the Authenticator App.

Changing Phone?

When it comes to changing your phone, Google Authenticator has an export account function that is really useful, an d can save you tons of time.

 1. In Google Authenticator, use the and select Export Accounts.

2. Select all, some or one account you want transferred to the new phone.

3. Click Export and scan the QR code (or codes) shown on the old phone using Google Authenticator on your new phone.

4. The codes will now appear on your new phone, and are still usable on your old phone too! 


Lost Phone?

If you lose your phone, the next time you log in to 2SHakes you can use one of your backup codes (the ones you saved in a safe place in step 3 above).  Then you can setup 2FA again.
